2. Why move eStrataHub to myLTSA?
The government of BC has decided to stop hosting non-government services on BC OnLine. myLTSA Enterprise is widely used by BC legal professionals including lawyers and notaries. It provides similar features to BC OnLine in that it can provide account management, user authentication, and a draw down account.
3. How do I close my BC OnLine account and obtain a refund from BC OnLine?
If you want to close your BC OnLine account to obtain a refund, the Primary Account Owner/Controller or someone else with signing authority will need to send an email to BC OnLine. BC OnLine will reply with a closed account form. Complete the closed account form, scan, and email it back to BC OnLine. The balance on your account at the time of closure will be refunded by cheque. The refund may take up to 60 days to process. Please send requests for account closures to bconline@gov.bc.ca.
4. Can I use a credit card?
You cannot pay for eStrataHub orders placed through myLTSA Enterprise by credit card. If you wish to pay for your eStrataHub orders by credit card, you can do so by placing an order directly through Dye & Durham at https://apicanada.com/estrata/. To use this payment option, you must have an Dye & Durham account. If you do not have one, you will need to create and register your new Dye & Durham Account at https://account.apicanada.com/register and store your credit card information.
5. Why do I need to migrate my orders from BC OnLine to myLTSA Enterprise?
Migrating your orders is optional. However, if you wish to have access to those orders after July 31, 2021, we recommend that you migrate orders as soon as possible.
If you do not migrate your BC OnLine orders by July 31, 2021:
- You will lose access to all of your orders in any state (i.e. in progress, completed, waiting for payment, etc.)
- You will lose your order history and reporting ability.
6. I have a myLTSA Explorer account. Can I access eStrataHub from this account?
No, myLTSA Explorer and myLTSA Enterprise are different. If you don’t already have a myLTSA Enterprise account and would like to access eStrataHub, we recommend creating a myLTSA Enterprise account to take advantage of this new access point. Here’s a guide to setting up a myLTSA account or you can go directly to the registration form.
7. How do I register for a myLTSA Enterprise account?
8. If I access eStrataHub directly through Dye & Durham, do I need to migrate to myLTSA Enterprise?
No, there is no need to migrate your orders to myLTSA. You can continue to access your orders and place new orders through eStrataHub directly.
9. What exactly does migrate mean?
Migrate means that all of your orders in any state will be moved over (i.e. in progress, completed, waiting for payment, etc.). eStrataHub orders will be moved from BC OnLine to your myLTSA Enterprise account. Please follow these instructions for how to use the BC OnLine Migration tool in myLTSA Enterprise.

10. Does the BC OnLine Migration tool migrate my BC OnLine account information to myLTSA Enterprise?
No, only your eStrataHub orders placed in BC OnLine will be migrated.
11. I created an order using BC OnLine, but it will be fulfilled after July 31, 2021. How do I receive this order?
If you have migrated your orders to myLTSA Enterprise, in progress orders will be delivered to eStrataHub on myLTSA Enterprise and paid for using your myLTSA deposit account.
12. I have an order waiting for payment that was migrated. Can I complete payment using myLTSA deposit account?
Yes, all orders that were migrated with a status, Waiting for Payment, can be completed and paid for using your myLTSA deposit account.
13. Why can’t I create a new order through BC OnLine after I have migrated my orders to myLTSA Enterprise?
Once you have migrated your orders to myLTSA Enterprise, any in progress orders will be processed for payment through your myLTSA deposit account. New orders must be placed through myLTSA Enterprise. You will no longer have access to eStrataHub through BC OnLine. If you have multiple users on your account, we recommend you migrate all users to myLTSA Enterprise as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition.
14. How do I know if I have a myLTSA Enterprise account?
The key difference between myLTSA Enterprise and myLTSA Explorer is the $250 initial deposit. If during the myLTSA account set-up, you deposited $250 to activate your account, then you have an Enterprise account.
If you are paying with credit card, then you have a myLTSA Explorer account.
If you don’t already have a myLTSA Enterprise account, we strongly encourage you to register before eStrataHub is retired on BC OnLine. Here’s a guide to setting up a myLTSA account or you can go directly to the registration form.
15. Is there a fee to sign up for a LTSA account?
There is a minimum deposit of $250.00 to your deposit account to activate your account. myLTSA Enterprise also charges service fees on all transactions.
16. If we have multiple BC OnLine users, can all orders be migrated at the same time?
No, each user must migrate their own orders. However, we recommend you migrate all users to myLTSA Enterprise as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition.
Each user should log into myLTSA Enterprise, navigate to eStrataHub in the Service Providers menu, and click BCOL Migration in the header of eStrataHub. View detailed migration instructions here
Once migrated, users in the same myLTSA Enterprise account will be able to access and share all orders on the My Orders page in eStrataHub.
17. What is the last day to migrate my eStrataHub orders on BC OnLine?
We strongly recommend migrating early. The last day to migrate your eStrataHub orders on BC OnLine to myLTSA Enterprise is July 31, 2021.
18. What happens if I do not migrate my orders to myLTSA Enterprise by July 31, 2021?
If you do not migrate your orders from BC OnLine to myLTSA Enterprise by July 31, 2021, you will lose all completed and in progress orders, your order history, and reporting ability. See question 4 above for more details.
19. When is the last day I can order eStrataHub through BC OnLine?
The last day to place an eStrataHub order through BC OnLine is July 10, 2021. After this date, you will need to place your order through your myLTSA Enterprise account or directly through the Dye & Durham website and pay by credit card.
Once you migrate your orders to myLTSA Enterprise, you will no longer have access to eStrataHub through BC OnLine.
20. How do I migrate my orders from BC OnLine to myLTSA Enterprise?
To begin the migration process, you must first log into your myLTSA Enterprise account. If you do not have an account yet, you can set one up by following the instructions in this guide or you can go directly to the registration form. Please allow up to five business days for the Enterprise account to be fully activated.
