Quickly Complete Document Review with the Eli Report Integration
Eli Report, the market’s leading automated strata document review tool, summarizes the most important information you need to know from strata documents in a reader-friendly overview. Using the integration, you can order an Eli Report directly within eStrataHub using the information you’ve already entered.
- In just ten minutes, Eli Report combs through years of data, even poor-quality scans and bundled documents, to find and extract key details.
- Quickly see a summary of information like by-law restrictions, potential issues raised in meeting minutes and informative budget benchmarks.
- You can add your own notes to the report and share it with your clients.
eStrataHub is Now Available Through myLTSA
You can now access eStrataHub from your myLTSA Enterprise account.
The government of BC has decided to stop hosting non-government services on BC OnLine. myLTSA Enterprise is widely used by BC legal professionals including lawyers and notaries. It provides similar features to BC OnLine in that it can provide account management, user authentication, and a draw down account.
If you previously used eStrataHub through BC OnLine, we recommend migrating your completed and in progress orders over to myLTSA. If you do not migrate them over, you will lose your order history and ability to run reports on them. Any in progress orders, including those awaiting payment, will need to be reordered which risks being charged twice for them.
What does it cost to use eStrataHub?
For each order, eStrataHub calculates the cost as follows:
Document Fees + Priority Fee (if any) + Delivery Charge
1. Document Fees:
The Strata Property Act of BC specifies how much a Strata Corporation may charge for forms and documents. Currently Form B costs $35, and Form F costs $15. Additionally, all documents attached to a Form B and other documents ordered (e.g. Minutes) are billed at $0.25 per page.
2. Priority Fee:
For document orders requested sooner than the statuary delivery timelines, a Strata Management Firm may charge a fee for a rush order. This is in addition to the document fees set out in the Strata Property Act of BC.
3. Delivery Charge:
eStrataHub adds a $30.00 delivery charge per order as a convenience fee.
This is in addition to the document fees and priority fee (if any) charged by the Strata Management Firm.
4. Eli Report:
You have the option to order an Eli Report for $40.00 through eStrataHub’s integration with Eli. An Eli Report provides a summary of key data extracted from strata documents in under ten minutes.
