What does it cost to use eStrataHub?
For each order, eStrataHub calculates the cost as follows:
Document Fees + Priority Fee (if any) + Delivery Charge
1. Document Fees:
The Strata Property Act of BC specifies how much a Strata Corporation may charge for forms and documents. Currently Form B costs $35, and Form F costs $15. Additionally, all documents attached to a Form B and other documents ordered (e.g. Minutes) are billed at $0.25 per page.
2. Priority Fee:
For document orders requested sooner than the statuary delivery timelines, a Strata Management Firm may charge a fee for a rush order. This is in addition to the document fees set out in the Strata Property Act of BC.
3. Delivery Charge:
eStrataHub adds a $40.00 delivery charge per order as a convenience fee.
This is in addition to the document fees and priority fee (if any) charged by the Strata Management Firm.
4. Eli Report:
You have the option to order an Eli Report for $40.00 through eStrataHub’s integration with Eli. An Eli Report provides a summary of key data extracted from strata documents in under ten minutes.

When we were first introduced to eStrataHub, I felt a little reluctant learning another program when we already had systems in place for providing strata documents.
