What does it cost to use eCondoHub?
For each order, eCondoHub calculates the cost as follows:
Document Fees + Priority Fee (if any) + Delivery Charge
1. Document Fees:
Some documents such as Estoppel Certificates may have an associated cost. These costs are set by the property manager.
2. Priority Fee:
For document orders that are needed quickly priority fees may also be charged by the property manager.
3. Delivery Charge:
eCondoHub adds a $14.50 delivery charge per order as a convenience fee. This is in addition to the document fees and priority fee (if any) charged by the Property Management Firm.
