TAX CERTIFICATES ONLINE IMPORTANT SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

Effective April 1, 2017 Tax Certificates Online (TCOL) will only be available through myLTSA using your deposit account or through Access Point Information Canada for purchase by credit card. TCOL will no longer be available through BC OnLine.

The myLTSA portal is the official point of access to the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC (LTSA) electronic Search and Filing services. myLTSA hs been a distribution channel for TCOL since July 2015, simplifying the overall conveyance process into a single portal for key search and filing services.

Many members of the legal and real estate sectors have enjoyed using myLTSA for their TCOL searches for many months already. We strongly encourage you to start using my LTSA now for your TCOL searches before the service becomes unavailable on BC OnLine April 1, 2017.

What this means to you:

– Effective April 1, 2017 you will purchase your tax certificates through myLTSA using your deposit account (same as your Land Title searches).

Actions you need to take:

– If you have a my LTSA account you can begin your TCOL searches today. If you don’t have a myLTSA account please visit https://apps.ltsa.ca/iam/login and register, or contact myLTSA’s support line at 1-877-577-5872 for assistance.
